What are your Opening Hours?

Monday to Saturday 9.00am to 5.30pm (Vincent’s Coffee Shop 9.00am to 5.00pm), Sundays 11.00am to 5.00pm (Vincent’s 11.00am to 4.30pm)

What are your Bank Holiday Opening Hours?

Normally our Bank Holiday Opening Hours are the same as our Normal Hours; however please check in-store for seasonal variations

Which days do you close?

We only ever close on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Day and Easter Sunday plus our Annual Stocktaking Day which is usually the first Monday in January (See in-store for details near the time).

Do you sell Gift Vouchers?

Yes we do. We sell our own Gifts Vouchers which are redeemable at both Vincent Davies Fishguard Road and The Moon & Sixpence Swan Square Haverfordwest. They are available in £5, £10 and £25v denominations and come complete with a complimentary gift Wallet. If you are unable to visit the store you may purchase them over the phone on 01437 768015. We also sell and can redeem National Garden Gift Vouchers.

What is your returns policy?

We are happy to offer an exchange or full refund for all purchases* returned to us in a perfect, re-saleable condition, with a receipt, within 28 days of purchase. If you do not have a receipt, then an exchange will be considered at the Manager’s discretion. This does not affect your statutory rights. *Excludes Furniture, Beds, Garden Furniture, Livestock, Food & Drink, and Earrings, Custom-made products, Sale items and Seasonal Products such as Christmas Decorations. We also have a special Returns Policy to cover the Christmas Gift period.

What is your policy on Carrier Bags?

At Vincent Davies we ask you to help us help the environment. It is our policy to not offer carrier bags but should you require one we will happily provide you with one. We also sell our own attractive re-usable Jute Bags at just £1.99
