We are a long established, family run department store, which constantly aspires to provide exceptional customer service whilst supplying excellent quality products.
We hope that you’re pleased with any purchase you’ve made from Vincent Davies and that you’ll never have reason to complain – but if there’s something you’re not happy with, we’d like you to tell the relevant person about it so that we can try to put matters right. We also have a customer comment box at the front of the store, where you can leave a written message on your views of the store and the service you have received.
If you have a complaint about a product or the service you received in-store, we encourage you to raise this during your visit by speaking to a manager who can deal with it appropriately. You can ask any member of our team who will be happy to call the relevant manager or team leader.
If you’re still not happy with our response, please contact us using one of the methods below. If you call us, we’ll try to resolve your complaint while you’re on the phone. Most of our customers’ queries can be resolved quickly. If this isn’t possible, we will agree a course of action with you and keep you updated regularly.

Nice department store with clothing, gifts, homemade appliances and accessories to sofas to beds and more. Little garden centre area (not thay many plants though)
There is also a cafe which is lovely and spacious and on a clear day has a lovely view. They serve breakfast, lunches, cakes and drinks. The menu is found within my photos and also online. Plenty of seating. Only need to book for a large group of afternoon tea. Offer a loyalty drinks cards too.
Seasonal offers and displays always look nice. Christmas is lovely there. Sales available throughout the year.
Toilets are available too.

J'ai été enchantée de votre magasin. Quel bel endroit, c'est beau et grand.
On y trouve de tout ce que l'on a besoin dans une maison. Vos décorations sont vraiment jolies. Je suis repartie de chez vous avec quelques objets.
Je reviens tout les deux ans dans la maison de vacances. Je reviendrais encore et encore pour embellir notre maison familiale.

First visit to Vincent Davies and oh my goodness what a wonderful surprise 🤗. Not only is it a fabulous Department Store with so much to offer 👌, the Cafe is the jewel in it's crown 👑. We had the Breakfast Bowl and as we consider ourselves quite the connoisseurs for this particular breakfast choice, rated it head and shoulders above anything we've had before!!!! Furthermore, the staff were all lovely - polite, helpful and 'visible' on the shop floor!! Can't wait to go back to shop again and for Sunday Lunch. ☺️

Extremely well stocked together with good quality furniture, clothes, whatever I looked at, very impressed with every department The restaurant and food also gained top marks from me, have visited the store many times and always well impressed, no one to touch this store until maybe Cardiff! Super range of products. Great shopping especially for high end gifts and large range of cards. The best coffee and cake too served by a very efficient young server.

A very nice bright welcoming department store, where you can see and purchase quality goods of all sorts. Together with a restaurant, you can shop and eat at your leisure. The entrance is very unusual and brings a chuckle to start your experience.

Plus an excellent cafe with beautiful views over Pembrokeshire. Excellent menu options, friendly staff and table service.
Very mobility friendly with free parking and wide aisles, all on the ground floor.

Great shop full of quality brands and independent Welsh products. From kitchen utensils to garden furniture it's got it all. Also has an excellent cafe at the back of shop which has a lovely view and friendly service. Would recommend if you're passing through on holiday or live somewhat local, it's worth the stop.
Absolutely lovely place lovely food cant recommend enough what a hidden gem well worth a little drive up to vincent Davis to visit cafe an then do a bit of shopping wow some amazing things for sale up there too
