Access Information:

• Large, free, on-site car park with designated disabled and adult and child bays.
• Step free entrance/exit with wide automatic doors.
• Customer wheelchairs available to borrow (please note these are ‘attendant’ not self-propel, so you will need a companion to push).
• Wheelchair attachment trolleys are available.
• Assistance dogs welcome.
• Step-free access to all departments and Cafe Vincent, with the exception of the Bed Centre (Beds & Bedroom Furniture).
• Access to the Bed Centre via customer lift (max. weight 340kg). Please ask a member of staff if you need any assistance.
• Disabled toilet.
• Family toilet with baby changing facilities.
• Accessible fitting room in the Men’s Department. We regret the fitting rooms in the Ladies Fashion Department are not currently ideal for wheelchair users. Please ask a member of staff if you need any assistance.
• Checkout counters are 107cm (3’6”) high, but wireless scanners allow our staff to come to you to scan your purchases, and card machines have extendable cables. Staff are happy to assist you to your vehicle with heavier items.
• Cafe Vincent operates a pager system during busy times, allowing you to continue enjoying shopping until your table becomes available. There is also a small seated waiting area.
• The Cafe is spacious with a cosy atmosphere, soft lighting and moderate noise levels.
